As a member of Ravegear.com, you are bound by these guidelines. They are here to make sure everyone feels welcome, giving the freedom to act naturally without alienating anyone.
Our website is targeted towards a mature audience. Under 18's should get a parent or guardian's permission first.
PLURR
Peace, Love, Unity, Respect & Responsibility. Have you ever been to a rave where everything just felt good? Well that's exactly what we want our community to feel like.
Have fun
We want you to relax, be yourself, make new friends, enjoy your time spent here and be a little crazy. You don't have to be serious if you don't want to. In the end, we're all here to have fun, right?
Common Sense
In the end, use common sense. Before posting something you think is funny at someone else's expense or just to make the first post in a news thread, think to yourself "Is this annoying?" - if the answer is yes, don't do it.
DBAC
Don't Be a C*nt. You know the guy. Don't be that guy.
Don't incriminate yourself or others
Don't talk about anything illegal. Easy. Also don't post anything which is offensive, hateful, racist, sexist, discriminatory, obscene, vulgar or in violation of local or international laws. Always respect the copyright of other users, sites & media.
Don't do naughty stuff
No unsolicited advertising, abuse, insults, personal attacks, useless one liners, flamewars, trolling, spamming, creating more than one account or posting pornographic material outside the 'Adult's Only!' forum category.
Bans
Any ongoing actions that make more work for the moderators or people who regularly annoy other members and requiring moderator action will result in a ban. If banning you is easier than dealing with the problems you are causing, you will be banned.
Moderators
When the site is particularly busy, sometimes not everything can be read by our moderators. We often rely on users to help by reporting problems, if you have any issues contact us. Remember moderators are people too, so please show them some respect.
